Frequently asked questions

We do our best to ship out every 1-2 days after an order is made.

If you choose an option such as First Class Mail - there is no tracking and we cannot assist with missing packages once the order has left Mocco and Friends.

Please note we do not pay any import taxes or similar things that your country may have. It is up to you the customer to pay these fees when the package enters your country.

If you are looking for an international shipping option and your country does not appear on the list, please reach out via the contact page and request a shipping option to be added.

We cannot provide refunds or returns at this time. Please view videos on instagram @mocco_and_friends and see what other customers tag us in to be sure that you are ordering a product you are interested in.

We are a one person team and a very small business and simply cannot take on the loss of a return at this time.

If your package arrives damaged, please do reach out via the contact form with an image and we will do our best to accommodate a replacement when possible.
This also lets us track how often packages are arriving damaged so that we can assess a need for packaging changes.

It means that we have an agreement and have paid the author in order to sell stickers of their characters. Unlicensed merch and fanart is not legal and does not support the author.

We love to receive suggestions or requests for author collabs! We cannot promise we will get to all of them, and some authors are not comfortable with licensing out their IP so please understand that sometimes it just doesn't work out :) Often times we will make stories on instagram requesting new suggestions, follow us there to participate!
